Not worth the price in my opinion

I currently live in Ravenswood and I can not wait till the end of my lease. This apartment complex is not as nice as I would have thought it would be. Granted, it's convenient to many nice restaurants, shopping, and interstates, but it could use many improvements. Living across from Hyde Park Tavern can lead to many restless nights. During the spring and summer, they play live music outside till 11 or 12 at night and with working in the mornings, you can imagine how irritating it can get. Not to mention, Ravenswood is located right on Erie Avenue. I didn't think about any of this until I signed my name on the lease so now I have to deal with the constant heavy traffic noise and drunken people on weekends. The interior isn't all that pleasant either. The bathroom is the size of a linen closet and the flooring tears up easily. The windows are a pain to open too! I just moved from out of town and needed a place asap and Ravenswood seemed decent. I mean, it's an okay place but rent could be cheaper, in my opinion. And parking for friends is a hassle!! 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
