Ravenwood is an awful place to live. The owner, Steve Caudill, is a very unprofessional, rude, and unsympathetic man. I have had German roaches and bedbugs and the owner had the nerve to tell me that it was my problem, not his. The complex is also very unsafe. Management has the responsibility of keeping locks on the outside doors, something that has not been done all year. The copies of the keys to my apartment were left in the lock multiple times following maintenance visits when I was not home. Luckily, I had neighbors who cared enough to take them out. The complex is very dirty and insect infested. My car was hit in the parking lot, and there was nothing I could do about it. Pets are not allowed, but of course, you will frequently see cats and dogs around, either on the lawns, by the trash cans, or even in your neighbor's apartments - smelling up the already filthy complex. The $410 I paid per month for my one bedroom was clearly not worth the time, hassle, or wasted energy and money (to fix the insect problem myself). My advice - keep searching. DO NOT move here - and any tenant will tell you that. Come on over - the doors stay unlocked.
