**Note: Opinions based upon 1st floor apt**
Pros: Location near major highway & convenient supermarket, good snow removal/salt laying, front office people, maintenance (so I've heard), easy parking, hardly any noticeable noise from neighbors.
Cons: Every water noise from apts above is audible (you get used to it), some break-ins in the complex, you WILL hear sirens at least once a night (no matter which side of complex), boxy apartments
Overall: A decent place if you're not extremely picky.

The sirens are for our benefit, in case of an emergency! That's how the city knows they are in good working condition.
