When I came to get a tour I was extremely impressed, now I'm thinking "what have I got myself into!" My rent is $835 a month for a 2br. with a garage that is half way across the complex, I wish I would have rented at Mallard Lakes in springdale, I could have a basement, 2 floors and a attached garage!! I would be living more comfortably and most importantly for less! There is alot of loud music in my building at night, I often to to sleep with a headache from all the bass blasting upstairs. The hallways are NASTY NASTY NASTY, there was was throw up on the door handle going down the door, black and mild cigars thrown in the hallway, from the looks of the hallways you would think I lived in section 8 housing, the sad thing is when I moved in the lady said twice, "don't mind the hallway, we will be fixing it, repainting, new caret etc. this month, I thought "great!" 3 1/2 months down the line and I still have that eye sore. THe maintence here sucks, they are horrbile and do not care I have waited week's to have a simple thing taken care of, they always say "we will take care of it." I am just wondering when'''''''' It literally makes me sick to know I am paying this much rent for this crap, if you are looking for an apartment in Foest Park I strongely reccommend looking at the other 2 complex's acrross the street, they look really nice, I wish I would have choose elsewhere!!!
Oh yeah when I got a new dryer and washer I was shocked to see cat ---- caked to my laundry room floor along with about a pound of cat litter under the old equipment, I dont even have a cat yet I had to spend hours scraping up cat ---- and trying to get the smell of cat urine out, what a great 4th of July I had!!! Show's how thoroughly the apartment's are cleaned before move in!
