From the outside the apratment's look nice. The hallway's however.... are horrible, I have trash all over my hallway, people leave the window's in the hallway open without screen's only to trap innocent bird's in the hallway, there are sooooo many huge stain's on the carpet it looks like someone was murdered or changed their car oil out there, I dread inviting guest's over because everyone comment's on my hallway, I don't think it has been vaccumed or touched for months!

The toilet's are horrible, the AC obviously has issues (it run's every 5 minutes and there is mold inside the unit, nasty, nasty, nasty. I feel so dirty just living here, the conditions are horrible, I am a very clean person but all the time and effort I put into keeping my aratment up is useless. There was paint all over my bathroom floor and cabinet's , like they jyst threw the paint brush around. I invested hours just scrubbing my bathroom's floor, wall's and mirrors with finger nail polish remover getting the careless painters paint up. Every day here is a pure nightmare, I wish I could just get out this lease today. But believe me I AM COUNTING DOWN THE DAY"S UNTIL I CAN LEAVE!!! I truely feel sorry for the new people I see once in a while moving in. If you haven't signed anything and are looking for advice, my best advice would be to RUN AND NEVER LOOK BACK. They have and will promise you the world to get you trapped. They invest $ in a new apartment sign but can't fix up these apartment's. REMINGTON PLACE IS SIMPLY PATHETIC!!
