The last review MUST have been written by the Manager, seems to be the only posotive one in months!
I am an actual resident and am so disgusted with this place! Hallway's smell like smoke and weed. The hallways are ALWAYS nasty, they don't even have people to care for them. Every week before I take my trash out I have to pick up the trash in the hallway also just so it dosent build up to bad, the windows in the hallway are so dirty you can hardly see out of due to no cleaning service, I guess I could take my windex out there and my vacumn also and maybe some serious stain remover for the carpets but.... is that my job'
The last "great" review claims " for the deal you can't beat it" What deal are you talking about''''' These trashy, outdated apartments are A RIP OFF they are charging WAY TOOO MUCH and passing thme off as" luxury apartments" hahaha.
My loud next door neighboors have a serios bug "flee" issue and now thanks to them I do also! Guess bugs can crawl under the floor boards!
The staff is rude and unresponssive. I will be leaving the day my lease is up. Thank You Remington Place for teaching me a valuable lesson to look hard and long before moving, next time I might ask some residents there opinions before getting trapped into a lease, I bet if I did that here I wouldnt even be complaining right now.
