I moved in May 2007, and I have had no problems here. Just a few little things right when I moved in, like getting the ice maker hooked up. No big deal. I think the staff is friendly, although I don't go in there a lot because I pay my rent online (which is really convenient). I never have had a parking problem, or any problems really. It has everything I wanted - central air, a dishwasher, and is pet-friendly. The only reason I am moving out is because I am moving to Dayton. Otherwise, I would live here again. I don't know what everyone is complaining about really.
