I have lived in several apartments throughout my life... Remington Place was the worst without question. The apartments are extremely outdated and when something goes wrong they "quick fix it" not truely solving the issue. I have never been in an apartment with SO many problems. Sink constantly leaked time after time of being fixed. Toilet constantly overflowed (not because of me)they need serious plumbing updates!The hallways should make a good 1st impression for your quests but instead it scared many of mine with all the huge stains and trash,cigar butts etc. etc. left laying in the hall. Yes,there is a cleaning girl but she only comes by here and then and the dirty tenants outnumber her. You could hear rap music playing loud at about all hours of the day (in my building)as well as a strong odor of marijuana. There seem to be alot of drug dealers living here, no Im not kidding. The 2 office ladies were nice when trying to get you to sign a lease but after that they were extremely rude and nasty.The price of rent is CRAZY for such an average apartment (nothing luxury about them!!)They charge you for EVERY little thing- car port, garge, a dog,an extra dog,a fireplace, etc. etc. etc. Im suprised they dont raise peoples rent due to the amont of kids you have living under your roof! I really had a horrible year here and am SO happy to be gone.
