I lived at Remington Place for 1 year too long. I have lived in several apartments throughout my life and this was the highest rent (by far) and worst service/apartment by far. When I moved in I put down a $750 deposit. When my lease was finally up and I was out of there I gave them a fowarding address so they could send me my deposit. 3 months went by and I heard nothing... I called and asked what was going on with my deposit and they told me they swtiched management (their famous excuse when they mess up) then said well we havent heard from you so they basiclly werent going to bother... BY LAW THEY must send you your deposit/or a statement of why you arent recieveing it within 30 days of you moving out!! They did not do this... I have been ripped off by these people in every way possible!After I pestered them about my deposit I finally got a bill in the mail of what my deposit went toward.. It was laughable! They charged me $300 for a apartment cleaning (I left it cleaner then when I got it- when I moved in there were actually dishes in the dishwasher---- yuck!!!) I also rented a garage from these people when I was living there- dont make that mistake. Theres nothing better then coming home from a long day at work in the snow and not being able to get your garage door to work! ($50 extra a month)They ended up moving me to 3 different garages- all which NEVER worked when it got really cold and snowed! So I ended up parking in the ordinary spots. Just thought I would warn those of what really happens here. REMINGTON PLACE MADE ME SICK TO MY STOMACH. I am very glad to have my own home now and not have to deal with their rude management team! I would never rent there again and will tell everyone I know to stay FAR AWAY from this "trap".
