I absolutely love my place here. Like others have said, it is quite a smaller place than some others that I looked at, but it's in one of the best neighborhoods for YPs(Young Profesionals). There's always something to do, and the pool is great. Beautiful people are always down there getting a tan. Parking is more difficult on the weekends. The neighborhood is the safest community. The walls are quite thin and you can hear some of your neighbors, but it's an apartment, deal with it, if it's that big of a deal than get a house. I stay on the top floor and have a great view of the pool! The manager is great and she's absolutely gorgeous!!! Even though she's sometimes not there, you can call and leave a message for something to get fixed, and it will be completed that day. I work downtown and have a very easy commute to work(less than 10min).
I would recommend this place to any person in their 20s looking to move out on their own for the 1st time. If I wasn't relocating after my lease, I would renew. I've made great friends in the area and the greatest up and coming bar is up the street (THE STAND)!
