Everything was okay until we had a bug problem that was never addressed, maintenance calls went unanswered for weeks (our disposal broke and smelled up the apartment and no one cared to call us or fix it for weeks). There was no 24 hour notice when the rude maintenance man would be entering our apartment, which is illegal. Cars were broken into if doors were left unlocked. The property manager will not return your calls and will ignore you. Don't live here!!! You can find a better place where you aren't ignored! By the way- the property now has a new owner and has gone downhill since then... other reviews were before the new owner. Also- they sold the pool at 3415 Wallace and did not give tenants a notice, reason or money off rent- that's a little taste of the treatment you will recieve as a tenant.
