I have lived here at Romaine for a year now and it has been the worst experience in my life! The sad part is I was warned to stay away from Fath Properties before I signed the lease. The noise is terrible! My first month I stay in the bottom apt and my neighbor would wake up at all hours of night and you could hear every footstep she made! I moved to a top apt which is five flights of stairs! In the summer it was soooo hottt! The a/c did not work well at all! When I the manager about it she said I'm suppose to clean the filter every 2 weeks! I've never heard of such a thing. Even when I cleaned it, it was still hot in my apartment, The parking is terrible, the manager "DOROTHY" is EXTREMELY rude to my family members when they came to visit, water bill is terribly high! Please do not move here!

Her water bill must have been high because she ridiculously wasted it. We only pay 40$ monthly for 3 people. I actually moved here because I appreciated Dorothy's courteousness, unfortunately she is no longer the manager.
