This was my first apartment in Cincinnati and I'd suggest it to anyone looking for a decent apartment in a GREAT location at a very reasonable price. Like the previous reviewers suggested, there's minimal noise insulation but luckily the neighbors are all nice and quiet. I've never had a problem with parties or loud music or anything though I was once woken up by the sound of my neighbors having sex... but maybe that's your thing'
Aside from the noisiness I love it. I'm a half mile from my gym, 2 miles from Oakley Square, 3 from Hyde Park Square, 3 miles from a UDF, 5 minutes from Mt. Lookout, 15 minutes from downtown/the stadiums, and 10 minutes from Mt. Adams. There is plenty of shopping and things to do in the area so you don't have to spend a lot on gas every time you need to go shopping.
I can usually park pretty near my door - unless I get in really late it's rare that I have to park more than 50 feet from it.
