Do not move here! They will nickle and dime you on everything. I have lived in this apartment for a little over a year. Recently I received a past due water bill on my door for $150, this is the 1st bill I have ever received. There was a note saying if it wasn't paid in full, my rent would not be accepted. I called the property manager Shirley and left her 3 messages, none of which were returned. A few months went by and I received another for over $200. Once again called the p.mgr. No help. Should have known when I moved in and was told a month later I wasn't charged the correct amount when I signed my lease and owed more money.

dorothy is gone? when i saw the headline i figured you were talking about her. and her replacement is actually no better? that can't be possible!*sarcasm*

The water company AUM would be in charge of this person's lack of paying bills, not the complex, and unless you've got a jacuzzi in their apartment the bill should never be that high. Shirley actually responded to me immediately after loosing my apartment mailbox key and had a replacement under my door when i got home. So maybe people should take responsibility for their own actions.
