Long story short my mom and myself had to move to an apartment, did not do research and ended up at Roxbury because of the low price (at the time, they are now $505-$540/month). Unfortunately we did not check with the BBB which we found out they had a horrible reputation with them.

Over 2 years later and the experience has only been the worst. Maintenance took months before they finally came to fix the drainage, have "attempted" to get rid of the disgusting bug problem but have not actually gotten rid of them.

No exaggeration for over a year we have called time to time about stuff and for the past year the owner has never been home at the time (or picked up the phone) nor has not returned the call. Overall do not go here, not in any circumstance.
