No Peace or Worth

I have lived in in Shadow Hill I (townhomes) for five years. I am looking to move. The rent is high with nothing to account for the price. There are issues with high levels of noise and damage from unsupervised children. Even though the maintenance calls are immediately addressed, patching is what seems to be their definition of fixing broken items. The landscaping is not acceptable for what the rent costs. Rent is raised every year by at least $20. If you are a professional and want a peaceful neighborhood with others that take care of their property, I DO NOT recommended living here. Nice staff, but awful at managing the property professionally.
