NOT AT ALL HAPPY WITH THE STAFF AND THE MAINTENANCE DONT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING AND THE MAINTENANCE DONT EVEN LIVE ON THE PROPERTY SO WHAT TO DO IF THERE IS MAJOR PROBLEM I MEAN THEY LIKE LIVE MORE THAN 15MILES AWAY..THIS PLACE IS JUST FALLING APART NOW THAT WE HAVE ALL NEW STAFF!!!

I have lived here for Several years and I have to say i was very happy with the property manager change. Maintenance staff since i've lived here has always been terrible, HOWEVER since recently hiring Ron and since weeding out the bad and lazy maintenancece guys and hiring the new guy I have to say Maintenance staff has come a long way since I've been here. As for if there is a major problem....I've experienced a couple since Ron started and he promptly called me back as was at my door in less than 1/2 hour.
