In regards to the review from 7/19 no the staff does not live on site, they live in houses, only a few live in the apartment community. I have lived in this "community" for a year now and I am finally moving out. The last five months I have lived here have been nothing but a constant struggle to get things done and done right by the maintenance staff, 6 phones calls 3 days apart till the severe leak in the bathroom was supposable fixed. The maintenance left grease on the carpet which won't come out and left the bathroom ripped up for a month after they were itially out. They had reported to management that the job was done, we were missing tiles and had a wall of just green drywall and no cold water in the sink, it took another month for this to be repaired. Also if you like livivng among the dirtiest of bugs such as roaches, this is a fine place to rent at; oh, and by the way you are responsible to pay to rid of the bugs if you want more than a monthly spray. They say they'll if you call but it won't be till it is the monthly scheduled spray, 1 1/2 from when you complained. There is no communication within the staff. One employee will promise one thing and the other will act like it they did not have the authority to make the decision. I could go on and on and will to the higher up within this complex's company. Please do not move here. I have wasted so much of this year on problems and isn't that one of the perks of renting to not have to take care of all the problems that come with owning'
