Apartments are average. It's a convenient location. Grounds are maintained but there is garbage on the property that doesn't get picked up. Neighbors can be noisy, it all depends on who you're lucky enough to get as your neighbor. And beware the walls are thin, so if you get noisy neighbors you're in trouble. Office personnel are friendly but there is problems with follow through so you may have to call more than once to get things done. There are some management issues at this place. Management may contradict or misprepresent so make sure you get everything in writing.
