For the price, the best size and location in eastgate by far. Also, the association is excellent if something breaks, my disposal clogged 3 times, and they never complained about my inability to remember that pasta doesnt go down that hole. Easy on the nerves too, very excellent soundproofing between apartments. I play DDR, and the people below me never heard a peep!
