I get out of my condo everyday hoping not to stem into dog droppings. The trash is always over filled. There is a small pest problem, mostly crickets. and the staff, before you sign the lease they give you cookies and free drinks and have a huge smile on their face. After the lease is signed you are an inferior pest to them and if you have so much of a complaint they will give you the evil eye as if you did something wrong. I m only allowed to bring one friend to the pool are or club house' I once brought two friends along so we could just sit down and swim a little, the leasing lady shows up and kicks him out without telling me, as if he should have known he isn t allowed. I was paying 900 a month to them so they can degrade my guests and I could step into dog feces.

I don't know where you are living, it can't be Stoneegate. As for the dog droppings you are a fool if you do not realize that it is the tenants who are causing that problem and also you are a fool if you are not aware that the garbage is also the fault of some disgusting tenants who just drop their garbage near the trash compactor. And as far as the staff, you are treated with respect if you earn it, so maybe you should think about those things. I think Stonegate is one of the best places to live in the Cincinnati area. And I am not one of the staff!
