The management is horrible and the upkeep on the old dwellings is not maintained.
Dog poop is EVERYWHERE!! Pet owners pay a substantial fee to have them,and does management use any of that money to have a scooper service keep it clean for residents' Yes people should clean-up, but if management "EVER" issues a newsletter indicating owners need to clean-up etc. Their focus is how much extra money can we get above rent like in keeping deposits or anyway they can think of. The last thing on their mind is how to make it a place they would like to live at.

Once again, I cannot understand why people are complaining about something that is the fault of the tenants. Is that the only reason you have for giving the complex such a bad rating? And if you moved into one of the old buildings, I am sure it was in the condition that you are complaining about when you moved in. Some people can never be happy no matter where they live. It sounds like you just need to move. I think this is one of the best apartment communities in the greater Cincinnati area. A scooper service? Give me a break. I'd like to know where you lived that had that.
