I would recommend this apartment complex to any young single people or recently married couples who work in downtown Cincinnati. You are 3 minutes from work, plus you don't have to fight any rush hour traffic! The facilities and grounds are excellent. In fact, all the appliances are brand new in each apartment. The grounds are well kept and staffed with a Cincinnati police officer at night. The free covered parking is also a plus. All in all, I have lived here for four years and would do it again in a heartbeat.
