We Love Summit View! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/1/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   My friends moved into Summit View in September of 2004. Upon visiting them, we immediately fell in love with the place and moved in within 2 weeks! Uptown Rentals owned the building we previously lived in and had no problem transfering our lease. The grounds are kept beautifully and maintenance is prompt and dependable. In the year I've lived there, I have smelled the sewer plant a few times, which isn't plesant, but it doesn't come inside our apt. You can only smell it outside with a strong wind. We love our covered parking spot when it comes to snow. The apartment is roomy, new appliances, and the paid heat is more than toasty! AND THE VIEW! Our view is what sold us in the first place. Just yesterday while grilling on my balcony I looked out over the city and thought, "Now this is life!"
