The best From: bwade Date posted: 5/30/2002 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   This is probably one of the best apartment complexes in Cincinnati in terms of the quality of living vs. Price. I definetly recommend Summit View Apartments. By the way, Security isn't that bad either...
