Beware of current resident manager

I lived here from 2000 to 2005. I was very happy with everything till the day Tammy Lynch became the manager on site. To put it in mild and civil term- she was rude, impolite, unfriendly, and inconsiderate. This opinion is based not on a single phone call, but over several phone conversations, and meetings in person.
I have lived here through the tenure of 2 other managers who were very cordial. I moved withing 4 months from the day Tammy started handling the day to day business at the Summit.

Tammy is very nice. I asked her to check on my two cats, because I thought I left them on the porch right after I left for work. I work in Mason, so it was a long drive for me to go all the way back home to check on them. I was feeling distressed and it embarrassed me having to call the office to go in to my apartments to check on my cats and let them in from the porch. I have never done this in my twenty years of living in apartments (left cats on patio). She was very pleasant and polite about it and went and checked on my cats right away.
