It's an Apartment From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/23/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I tend to agree with all of the other reviews. The pros: 1. Great View (even if you can see the treatment plant) 2. Generally Quiet 3. Safe 4. Ample Parking The cons: 1. Frequent Elevator Maintenance Issues 2. The Management Staff 3. Some Inconsiderate Tenants In my opinion, maintenance, staff and tenant issues come will all apartment living. If I was looking for an inexpensive apartment generally close to the city and the expressway, I would choose Summit View. This and the other reviews will at least make you aware of what you are getting into.
