Cincinnati's best kept secret' From: coolgobi Date posted: 10/26/2002 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002   Great place, spectacular view, decent staff, nicely maintained. Indoor & outdoor pools, tennis court, okay gym, nice clubhouse. All this at a very affordable price perhaps because it is in Price Hill. But actually this apt is pretty secluded and you don't really have to deal with the surrounding neighborhood. Anyway I personally think Price Hill is okay - more bark than bite. We love the fact that downtown is 5-10 mins away AND we have a great view for a great price. Definitely recommend it.
