If you live here get out! I lived there for over ten years and must have been out of my mind.Trashy! Noisy! Management seems to just want to take your money and not put any investment back into the property until it is too late. Maintenance work and reliabilty is spotty at best.Managers dont live on property and there is a large turnover in maintenance help.

How bad could it really be if you spent ten years there? It sounds like you have some beef with management over a specific issue that you aren't mentioning.

Leave the lady alone!! At least she's kind enough to warn us. Unlike you. I bet you any amount of money you're the lousy good for "nothin" manager. Clean up you're dump!

FYI... I understand the persons concerns as I have a family member that has lived there a short time and every time I have been there it is trashy and talk about the odor from filth and dope..yes you smell it all of the time. Sooo The person is absolutely correct , however, new management has apparently taken over in December or January so with any luck they will quickly clean it up and by the way please fix the intercom system..it is suppose to be for security and the windows, they do not lock...it is really a safety hazard for children especially the children on the upper floors. I think with the amount of rent that is charged, this is the least that could be done. It might just make tenants a little bit more willing to do there part of keeping it clean if they feel the management cares. It has to begin with someone. Have a great day!
