This place is getting worse by the minute. Dogs seem to go anywhere and everywhere. No rules or penalties ... Not only the place is real old and shaky to where windows and doors make a loud noise when you walk, but it seems like the owner keep increasing the rent constantly. They send you the Note 25 days before the end of your lease to where you do not have enough time to search for a new place. On many occasions they have increased the rent during the current term.

The cooling and heating bills are just unbelievably high. We pay close to 200.00 dollars every month for Gas and electrical.

They should be reported to better business bureau for these unethical practices.
