Aimco should be ashamed! From: DollarsGone Date posted: 5/15/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   I've been with Aimco Properties for over 3 years now. This one, without a doubt, should never be allowed to carry the Aimco name. I have been here for one year, and not one single maintenance request has been fulfilled. Problems with fireplace, screen doors, toilets, creaking wood, ants, leaking windows, and excessive loitering. If you lease here, make sure to place ALL maintenance requests in writing, as Ohio law requires that before you can sue for breach of contract. Very, verym very, very bad place to live. (How should I say this...there are many different races that live here. Most are lower income, and live together in great masses. Anything you throw away will be taken for someone elses use.) One final word. You are reading this now. If you ignore these warnings and move in, I can promise that you will go through it too. They are not going to treat you any better than any of us, and they'll do anything they can to get your signature on that contract.
