Sycamore Creek Apartments

RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/20/2003 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   My family lived here for a year & it was a year of SHEAR HELL!!! We were on the first floor & everytime it rained we would have soaked carpet in both bedrooms. There is a huge foundation problem that they have not solved. It has been going on for over 4 years that I know of. I had black mold growing in my 1 year old child's room & on her furniture. There were mushrooms growing in the carpet of the master bedroom. I begged them to fix it. They failed to do anything. I called the board of health, they said this wasn't the first time they've been here for it. I fulfilled my lease, turned in my notice of leaving & they threw it away! Now they are trying to sue me for $1,400 for breaking a lease. They are PSYCO, lying, coniving people. STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!
