Sycamore Creek Apartments

Parking sucks, maintenance orders do not get filled, office staff are rude From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/18/2005 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2004   I've lived here for 5, almost 6 years. Why' It's the least expensive complex in the area...close to work and it's in Sycamore School district. If I could afford it I would move out in a heartbeat. The office staff are rude. Trash is everywhere. Parking is insane. The pool does not get cleaned. The tanning bed they claim to have never works. They rent apartments to anyone who will take one. This place has gone down hill big time. The apartment below me has atleaast 10-12 -------- living it. I've walked out and there has been vomit in the hallway. They do not clean the hallways. There is mold in most apartments...they don't care. My building has been caught on fire 7 times in the past 3 years...nothing was ever done about it...broken glass outside of building all the time. Take my advice, if you can afford it stay away.
