DON'T MOVE HERE!!!! I would STRONGLY recommend moving somewhere else. I've lived here for 6 months now... and my wife and 2 children are ready to get out... even if that means paying the fines to move out. This place is a joke... they send you and eviction notice if you are 3 days late on your rent... but will drop everything if you pay it ASAP!! They could care a less about anyone in this complex, as long as they get paid, they don't give a damn! Another HUGE detail, WHITE PEOPLE ARE THE MINORITY HERE!!!! If you can count to ten, congrats, that's how many white people are here... I'm ok with --------Americans, but the ------- -------- are rediculous!!! I'm so ready to get out of here... you would probably be better living in Over-The-Rhine than you would here... you can NEVER, and I mean NEVER park in front of your own building. I've had to walk across ice and snow with my 2 children (Who are under the age of 2), and damn near fall on my ass, just to get into my apartment. They NEVER clear the lot, or the sidewalks, and they told me, and I quote, "It's too much of a liability to clean the walks... so we're not doing it" About all the cabinets in this joint, they look like a dog took a leak on every one, and they sat there for years. The back doors are single-pane, and will NOT hold any heat, my electric bill is over $145 every month because of it. The neighbors don't give a damn either. The girls across the hall from me play their music until 4AM... I've called the police on MANY different occasions, and informed the landlords... they say, "We're sorry, we'll send them a letter/call them and take care of it" --------!! They don't take care of it... even most of the cops you can tell are tired of dealing with the dumbshits in this place. I am SOOOO ready to move out of here, this place is for VERY low income familes who can't afford anything. Like most others, I moved here because my wife and I were living with my parents, and needed a place fast. I will put up posters everywhere telling you not to come here if I have to... READ YOUR CONTRACT VERY VERY VERY VERY CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING!!! If not, you're screwed just like myself and the rest of the tennants in this ------- DUMP... you might as well drive your garbage to rumpke yourself if you want it gone within a week... and the maintenence are stupid ----s... I mean seriously, they never listen to your problem seriously, and find the quickest way to fix something for now, until it breaks a day later. If you can afford it, stay the hell away fropm this place, I would not recommend this place to satin himself... hell looks much more like a resort than this place!! SSTTAAYY AAWWAAYY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
