PROS - across the Street from Hooters. Landscaping keeps the area clean and the dumpters get emptied. Thats it.

The Pool is clean but there is enough chlorine in there to burn off your contacts and arm hair. I like how the trash cans themselves are not washed out and smell like vomit - althought he trash gets taken out, you think someone would handle this.

CONSTANT HOT WATER ISSUES. The Staff here just do not care, at all about any tenant. My favorite time here is in 2006 Halloween when there was no HOT water the whole weekend - 3 days straight and would not offer any compensation or real apologies. There were people walking around with half wiped makeup the weekend with angry faces.

There were constantly kids playing in the street in front of place, from the complex and from "over the wall" where the people are froma lower class. These are the people the illegal aliens trip on the way across the border to keep them from giving all illegals a bad name. People like to turn on the acordian music and drink beers on the back of their pickups in the parking lot late at night too.

There is a security golfcart guy who drives around. BUT THE ONLY FREAKING TIME HE TOLD PEOPLE NOT TO PARK BY THE NO PARKING SIGN IN FRONT OF MY ROOM WAS ME - WHEN I WAS MOVING OUT!!!!!!!!!!!

The Parking for visitors is poor, very very poor. Most of it is in front/entrance - where the lighting is not so good.

The staff will screw you even when you move out. They lost the fax from my new rental 3 times and it took me persoanlly going into the office and raising hell after 2 weeks to get them to verify that i lived there for 3 freakin YEARS.

So, if you like cold water, poor parking, crappy residents and horrible landlords - move here - to the place that is giving OLD FARM a run for the money.
