The building is nice, but very noisy. If you have people living above you, watch out.

The floors creak constantly, you hear footsteps and water running all the time. You will also get to clearly hear every song they play. The neighbors talk to much and ask to many questions.

I would not recommend if you want peace and quiet after a long day at work.
