Sycamore Place at St. Xavier Park

Better than the rest! From: sdcincy Date posted: 11/14/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I've lived at Sycamore Place over 5 years. There's been some staffing changes (which have been for the better), but thankfully our Property Manager's been here since day one. If you need something they are diligent to make it work, if not, I know they worked hard to make it happen. The staff's great! The common areas are cleaned weekly. The fitness center is incredible (much better than ANY other apartment building downtown). If you choose to live here, try to get a seventh(top)floor apartment - it's therapeutic as the rain hits the roof. Everything else, A-ONE! One small thing - Some dogs are too big. Pet bathroom area rules aren't enforced. There should be a policy requesting dog owners ride the elevator alone or ask those who may ride with them. Like always, a few ruin it for the rest, but there are rude dog owners here. I don't like dog snot on my newly shined shoes! ;)
