I have found the staff to be decently accomodating, but I agree that they are a bit haughty at times. I think the location is superb - a great place to jog, shop, etc. The construction of the apartments is a bit sloppy, but they are nice nonetheless. The only real complaint I have is that the rent is a bit overpriced, however you can haggle quite a bit on the rent (rent reduction, shorter lease with a month free, etc.)
