I lived at the Drexel for a year and it was mostly pleasant. I'm really picky and I liked living in a new complex. I loved the location as well. But the prices are too high for Cincinnati even if it is Hyde Park/oakley. The walls are very thin and often times I'd hear my next door neighbors talking or I'd get waken up by my upstairs neighbors having sex. Lots of people, who I know for a fact were not residents, would lay out at the pool on the weekends taking up all the lounge chairs. One night I went to the clubhouse to check my email and there was a white trash family hanging out in the conference room b/c the pool table room was closed. I overheard them saying how they break in to play pool every weekend.
Over all, it was a nice place to live. You can't please everyone when there are that many residents living together with differnt lifestyles.
