Overall, I've been very pleased with the Drexel. The location is fantastic and you never really have to leave your corner of Paxton out of your pajamas.

The apartments are well-maintained and the maintenance has been very responsive when we've needed them to check out the A/C, etc..

The only complaints I have about the buildings is that it is VERY noisy. The walls are extremely thin and you can hear everything! Granted I live on the 2nd floor, but it's pretty bad when you can hear footsteps of the people above you.

The only other thing is that the two bedroom that I rent get heated only on one half of the apartment - the heater is on one side of the apartment and there often isn't enough airflow to reach the other side of the apartment.. Just poor design.

Otherwise, the place is fantastic and the management is very friendly.

I am so disappointed at these reviews!! I am looking for a house here, and in the meantime thought the Drexel looked like a great temporary home. I would never live in a noisy, underheated apt. They look great, and I like the location. No thanks. I 'll keep looking.
