The drexel is way too expensive for the size of the apartment. The "master" bedrooms are really small and the "dining rooms" are tiny. This place is way over-priced and in 10 years when it is no longer "new", I don't think it'll be marketable. The newness is the only thing it is has going for it, because the apartments have average workmanship and amenities and are extremely small.
