Well worth the rent From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/30/2002 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   My wife and I lived here for a year, and I was thoroughly impressed with the apartment complex. Like most complexes, they are flexible with payment times, with rent due between the first and the fifth of each month. The maintenance staff is fairly on top of things, and they tend to residents needs quickly. I especially enjoyed the quiet atmosphere. The apartments are set back in a wooded residential area, so privacy really isnt an issue. The apartments themselves are kept in good condition; all of these opinions come from someone who grew up in a suburbanite neighborhood with high expectations. For the rent, I feel that these apartments are spacious and are well worth the rent.
