I've lived at Fairways for 3 1/2 years and it has gone down hill drastically the last year. The hot tub has not worked for 2 years. The pool is dirty and had to be shut down last summer for 2 weeks. When a call is placed for service the response time is 1-2 weeks. It used to be the same day. They have won the beautiful grounds award for the city for a couple years but that's the only place that's kept up. There are worse places but for the money I'm greatly disappointed in the new management.
