Think again From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/29/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   Initially, this complex seemed great to live, but my opinion has changed. I have my heat set at 65, plastic on the windows, and a $120 electric bill -- and I live in a 1 bedroom apt. I made a request to have this investigated by the complex. It took them a week to respond. Then, the management called to get permission to enter my apartment. Didn't I give that to them when I requested maintenance'! The complex can't seem to find anything wrong. When on the phone with the management, they hung up on me. The hot tub has never worked since I moved in in May. The work out center is a dump. Periodically, the cable is turned off and the management doesn't seem to care about this either. But don't worry, there are great parties! I now know what my exorbinant rent goes too.
