Lived here for a year. My apartment faced the pool and it was a great experience. The apartment staff were reaally friendly they even let us stay an extra 2 days(no charge) to get our stuff moved out. They didnt have to but thats the kinda folks they are. I was very impressed with my whole experience. The apartment we stayed in was spacious and a gem when we got it; absolutely spotless with a fireplace and a balcony. The laundry room was clean and close by. My wife felt safe there and my neighbors always had a smile on their face when we met. Now the cons: there are very little bad things to say if any. You have to pay your utilities separate maybe an additional 30 on top of your rent, besides that it was great. Another plus was we had to dog sit my moms dog and we let the rental office know and asked them if we need to pay anything extra. They just laughed and said "no problem your fine". The people there are nice especially the lady with the southern accent and the lady with the dark brown hair. I would live there again, no doubt about it.
