I have lived here so long and opps they changed management again. Hopefully they will not increase your rent $50 or more and start bugging you six months in advance to get you to re-sign a lease for less money if you commit four months in advance, what if you want to move. Legally all you need to give is a 30 day notice, they required 60 days'''' NO WAY!!!! Tenants have rights to. Check it out before move here. Oh $199.00 moves you in. Watch Out!!! Very Misleading
