the huntington apartments has the potential to be a good place to live. Unfortunately, here is what i have experienced:

1. high crime - loads of car and apartment break ins

2. Faulty maintenance - they have signs on the entrances that read "please do not push on glass" because they are too cheap to replace $5.00 worth of molding to secure the wobbly glass pieces.

3. Loads of evictions - makes you wonder who they are renting to.

4. old old old carpets. It would take an act of congress to get these people to replace a carpet in an apartment. disgusting.

5. Scary maintenance people. They recently hired a guy who is a complete letch. Makes your skin crawl. its a sexual harrassment on every level.

6. Weird staff - they all live there and are completely incestuous. the manager is really nice (shannon), but the district manager is the most masculine" woman i have ever met. each meeting is a pissing contest - all i wanted to do was discuss getting my carpet replaced.

7. MOLD - its everywhere. Poke a hole in your wall. take a look under the frig. if you have breathing problems, you would do better elsewhere.

8. Lack or Professionalism

enough said. these people are completely nuts and won't spend any money on keeping up the place.
