Good but pricey

Best of the places I have been in, but have heard that it has gone downhill. Some others said there were a lot of people around during the day and some Section 8, but I did not have any problems.
2-bedroom apartment was large, and came furnished. Also included were washer and dryer. Cost was 1200/mo, which is a lot.
Seems solidly made, especially compared to some of the other places I've been in. Door to building had lock, and felt very secure.
I did not have any maintenence issues during the stay.
