My rental experience with this apartment has been a mouse trap of fun. The management and maintenance staff basically placed mouse traps and I had to deal with the rest. I had to make several attempts for them to seal the holes to prevent more from entering. Overall in my 8-9 years of rental history with previous apartments; this has been the worse of them all. Needless to say I will not be renewing my lease in 2008.
