This place has horrible management for starters they are very unprofessional and constantly harass the tenants by ticketing their guests and towing their cars. If you do not call there everyday to get a temporary pass even if it is your own family members they will ticket you car and then have it towed. And dont ask for a request for maintenance to get anything done you are better off finding someone else to do it or it wont get done.
Also the swimming pool is currently broken and it has been that way since July of 2008. The security doors are all broken or do not work at all in the month of April, 2009 someone got beaten and robbed at gunpoint if the security doors were working this could have been avoided!!
Take your money elsewhere around town or anyplace but here if you want to enjoy family and friends and just life in general. By far one of the worst managed rental properties in town if it not the worst managed in Cincinnati area.

i'm actually glad they are ticketing cars. i'm sick of coming home and having no where to park. finally someone is taking car of the parking issue and now i finally can park near my building. i have no problems with the management or maintenance staff. my requests are taken car of quickly and sufficient. i couldn't be happier in my apartment. my neighbors are great and the people in the office are very friendly and helpful. sounds to me like you aren't getting your way. that's why most people even use this website. i definately refer anyone to mills!

obviously you are in the minority of how tenants feel the place is a joke and so is the management legal action will be taken soon and i am telling any and everyone that i know not to rent from the mills unless they do not want to have a life.
